You may also e-mail your order from our web site at www.engrave-a-crete.com. Sorry, we don’t have online order fulfillment but you may view our products and information at our online catalog.

HOW TO PAY
You may pay by bank wire transfer, money order, American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, or VISA. Company and personal checks take about 10 days for the funds to clear before shipping. Sorry, we cannot ship C.O.D.

Include enough to cover shipping costs.

Sales Tax
Florida residents must pay applicable sales tax.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow 3 - 10 working days for delivery. If an item is out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay.

We normally ship by:
UPS Ground, Items 150 lbs. and under (within size requirements)
UPS Next Day Air® UPS guarantees 1 day delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air® UPS guarantees 2 day delivery.
UPS 3 Day Select UPS guarantees 3 day delivery.

Only the actual freight charges are billed to you on the invoice. For oversize/overweight packages we will get quotes for the best freight cost possible or we will ship to you freight collect on any carrier of your choice. When you order oversize/overweight packages, we’ll estimate the cost of shipping upon request. Please include that estimated shipping cost with your payment. If the actual costs are less we’ll send you a refund and if they are more we’ll send you a bill for the difference.

What To Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Refuse to accept your shipment if it appears to be greatly damaged. Packages with minor damage should be accepted. Please note all damage on your delivery receipt or bill of lading. Notify us of the damage and we will handle the claim from our end, adjusting the claim to your satisfaction.
Orders Outside the U.S.A.
Please pay only in U.S. funds by certified check, cashiers check, VISA and Master Card are accepted on all orders.

Orders to Canada
Shipments via UPS to Canada use UPS as the customs broker. UPS will collect the appropriate duties, GST, etc. UPS charges a fee for this service. Canadian customers pay the fee on their end along with the above charges. Contact UPS for current fees. For shipments other than UPS, the customer is responsible for contracting a customs broker.
